Living with Hope

The final phase of the survivor program assists residents to take steps towards integrating sustainably and successfully into society with a confident hope for the future.

Depending on the individual, this may include pursuit of higher education, a degree, long-term employment, and/or housing.

Ongoing mentor support and appropriate resources are provided to our graduates as we continue to invest and guide them on a continued trajectory of a life of hope.
